April Stephens, President and Owner of The April Stephens exp Realty Team and exp Real Estate Advisors, celebrated the opening of their new office located at 121 Commerce Parkway, Suite 102, Garner, NC 27529 on April 21st. 

"This has been in the planning stages for years," said April Stephens. "Our dream was to build an innovative new facility for our outstanding team of agents and associates, and we are so excited to see the fruits of our labor pay off. The expanded floor space allows us additional room for training and support, which we place a high value on, as well as the day-to-day operations of the company."

The opening of this new office is an essential next step in realizing the company’s goals of increasing the size and experience of the sales team while also growing their footprint. The team is also utilizing their new office for a "real world" training program open to all agents about things they face daily with the increased challenges of the market.
