That's a great question. I have a seasonal tree in my house all year long. Christmas turns to Valentines, to Easter, to Graduation (last year), to patriotic, to Fall and back to Christmas. I've sold Scentsy for 12 years. I love to zip line I love a fried egg on my cheeseburgers. I don't really need the bun- unless it's been buttered and grilled or steamed.

Hollie Andrews

Hollie grew up in Colorado and has traveled all around the United States before finding her home in North Carolina. She has been in the real estate business since she was 17 and worked in markets all across the country. She and her husband were high school sweethearts and have one amazing daughter! She is a big dog lover and has a Great Dane named King Louie. She made her real estate home with The April Stephens Team in 2018 and looks forward to all the years to come!

Katy Arthur Adcock

Prior to pursuing a real estate career, I earned my bachelors in criminal justice and criminology from Western Carolina and also an associates in paralegal studies. I worked as a paralegal for a law firm and then five years in juvenile court.

Lauren is a Floridian who has lived in NC for the past 10 years. She is new to real estate but not to people or the power of personality with a background in hospitality and Human Resources. She and her husband have a beautiful daughter Riley Rose and two fabulous standard poodles. They enjoy going on weekend trips to see football games and spending time with family and friends. Lauren loves to host great neighborhood get-togethers and her house is seldom empty or quiet and usually filled with friends and family on any given weekend. She is a total foodie and loves to cook and try new things and new places!

Shelby was a licensed Real Estate Broker in Maryland before making North Carolina her home in 2010. She is dedicated to understanding every Buyer and Sellers needs, expectations, and goals. In addition to finding the right home and negotiating the right price, she goes above and beyond to ensure normal complications in the home buying process are avoided. LaShaunda Mason

I believe in delivering complex information in a simple, understandable way, a skill I definitely utilized as a middle school English teacher. A career in real estate allows me to advocate for and take care of others, all while fulfilling their real estate goals as a team. I'm equally passionate about working with sellers and buyers, including first-timers. I am a native and Fayetteville, so I know the area well. My husband and children inspire me to keep pushing and striving for my goals. I enjoy spending time with God, going to the beach, reading articles, and playing competitive games. In short, I would describe myself as a pretty cool nerd.

As a local born and raised North Carolinian, Ashley has always called Garner, NC her home! Originally hailing from South Florida, Jeffrey Myers Jr. has a deep appreciation for the beauty of both the beach and the mountains. In 2009, he made the move to North Carolina, where he fell in love with the state's charm and natural wonders.

After a brief absence, the allure of North Carolina drew him back, and he now proudly calls it his permanent home, rekindling his love for the state. With a passion for coastal and mountain living, Jeffrey's journey has come full circle, and he continues to cherish the diverse landscapes and experiences that North Carolina has to offer.

Marjorie is originally from Miami, FL. Prior to becoming a realtor, she worked as a project coordinator for Commercial Construction. She is Bilingual. Real Estate had interested Marjorie for many years. She is married and has two daughters. Family is very important to her.

Nicole Wanamaker

In pursuit of warmer temperatures, Nicole moved to Raleigh, NC from Boston, MA in 2011. After a terrific personal home-buying experience, Nicole realized real estate was her passion. This passion coupled with her desire to help others and positive attitude allows Nicole to serve Raleigh residents in the home buying/ selling process. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and her dog Violet. She also enjoys walking, music, movies, and listening to audiobooks.

As a native of Clayton, NC, Jason has witnessed the remarkable growth of the Raleigh and Fayetteville areas. With extensive experience in real estate, he has helped many achieve their dreams of homeownership. Additionally, he has a passion for property management through Expert Property Management Group, LLC, where he helps clients own investment properties without the stress of managing rentals.
